My husband, his friend and I went to this “Eagle's Nest Revolving Restaurant” last week on Tuesday and this restaurant reminds me of “1st revolving top restaurant in the world” which is in Mt. Schiltorn restaurant which you can see also the amazing view of the Alps. This Eagle's Nest Revolving Restaurant is located on the very top of “Hyatt Hotel” and you can see the view of downtown Indianapolis and which is the only revolving restaurant in the State of Indiana. They do have a dress code which is preferred business casual as this restaurant is a fancy one. We planned to just have a drink in there, because we just ate of the popular Italian restaurant here in Indy but then eventually I started getting hungry and I just did order sides of sautéed mushrooms and linguini with herbs on top and my husband end up also ordering crab stuffed mushroom that he really liked and our friend ordered a salmon which comes with seaweed. When we were there it was very few people there and my husband and I planned to go back that restaurant.
It's Tuesday night, my husband decided to go back in that restaurant and ate our dinner there, I did not argue since I liked their service and the view. This evening, I ordered their eagle’s nest vegetarian pasta which comes with fresh cut vegetables, herbs, mushrooms and others which was good and I ordered also an onion soup for both of us. My husband wanted to order their crab stuffed mushroom but the waitress said they do not have that one anymore, because out of ingredients or crab etc. and my husband end up ordering their Salmon comes with some vegetables and while eating our dinner we look the view and enjoy our food and that was a romantic and great dinner we had. We did get a dessert too since been for a while we did not order any dessert when we eat out, because sometimes after we ate our entrée we feel full and we ordered a dessert in there and I choose to have a cherry blossom as I wanted to order which I have not tried before but my husband said it might be not good and he decided to get a carrot cake and I agreed. When the time the waitress came back into our table I was surprised that she brought the cherry blossom dessert and when I looked the dessert it looks so good and when I tried it hmmm… and I can say, tasty than carrot cake! (ha-ha) Since they do not have a crab stuffed mushrooms she did give us free cherry blossom dessert and that was great! I liked the cherry blossom alot as it was light dessert and very tasty yum-yum! My husband and I will go back again in this “Eagle's Nest Revolving Restaurant” as they have excellent service, great view of downtown Indianapolis but the menu price is somewhat expensive though but worth it! I rate it 4 stars out of 5 stars!
The "Hyatt Hotel" and you can see above which is the revolving restaurant and the hotel looks kinda small but it is a massive and it is a tall one.
